Vertice was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. She is very proactive and is always working or thinking of something to help get the deal through. I was a first time buyer and she definitely made sure I understood what was going on and explained things that may have been a little confusing. I'm sure I was not her easiest client because there was a lot of back and forth with the lenders and different little problems that arose but she always rose to the occasion and never backed away.
